Sixteen-year-old Jamie Lynn Spears was mothering her pet pooch yesterday afternoon as she awaits her own unplanned bundle of joy due in a few months. The five-month prego 10th grader, who was spotted in a rare public moment taking her dog to the vet, was looking a little thick in the middle.
